1. Australian Consumer Law Rights

If your product meets any of the above criteria, we will assist you in line with ACL requirements at no cost to you. This includes products that are damaged during shipping or faulty upon arrival. Please contact us immediately if you believe your product has an issue.
2. Change of Mind Returns
For returns due to a change of mind, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.
Please note that a 10% restocking fee will apply to all change-of-mind returns. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
3. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please:
- Contact our customer service team within the return period.
- Provide your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
- Await further instructions on where and how to send the product back.
Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns will be your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product arrives safely.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
- In the case of a change-of-mind return, the 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
5. Exclusions
The following items are excluded from change-of-mind returns:
- Perishable or customized products.
- Products with hygiene concerns (e.g., opened cosmetics, personal items).
- Clearance items, unless faulty.
